Terms & Conditions

Please note that our Check-in Hours are from 3-6 pm Sunday-Thursday and 2-6 pm Friday and Saturday. If you arrive after our Check-in Hour Time Frame, then you will be automatically set-up for a Late Check-in. 


Late Check-In procedures are as follows: 
A small, coin sized envelope with your last name will be taped to the front window of our hotel. Inside the envelope, there will be a door code. The keypad for the front door of our hotel is directly on your right when facing our entrance. Type in your door code and the front door will automatically open. Inside our lobby, right next to the elevator, you will find a letter sized envelope with your last name containing keys and directions to your room!

Additional Guests

Our rooms are based on double occupancy. If there is a request for a rollaway or a pullout, a fee of $30 will be charged. Maximum occupancy is two plus a child (under 18

years of age).


Pet -Friendly Inn

If you are interested in bringing a pet, contact the innkeeper regarding a pet-friendly room. A $30 dollar fee per night per pet will apply plus $100 deposit will be charged.


Safety Rules

- For safety and security of our guests, only registered guests are permitted on the guest room floors.

- Children need to be accompanied by an adult in the elevator.

- Pets cannot be left without an adult in the room.


Safety Penalties

- $500 Fine for Smoking or Tampering with Smoke Detectors

- $300 Fine for Tampering with the Elevator

- $300 Fine for Removal or Damage to any Screens

- $300 for Bringing a Pet without Notifying the Innkeeper

Cancellation Policies

All Reservations are subject to a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy. Any Reservation cancelled within 48 hours of the anticipated arrival date is subject to the amount of the 1st night's stay.

There is no penalty for cancellations made within 24 hours after the reservation is confirmed.


Cancellation Fee

Reservations can be cancelled up to two days (48 hours) of arrival date . For reservations cancelled less than two days (48 hours) prior to arrival, there is the first night charge plus tax.


NO Show

No-Show Guest will be charged for the first night stay plus tax.


Lost Keys

$30 Fee for lost keys
